Why customer have to send the courier no to us? |
Although the customer has to notify the seller customer code written in the surface of a single, but some sellers will forget the customer code written on it, when we receive the goods,we don't know the parcel belong to which customer, so we need check out from the doc which customer send to us that is the reason we require customer to send the courier no to us after custome finish shopping goods.
down in the customer code record, if we don’t find the courier no which customer offer, will find it from the uncertain customer code record. (we have a doc for uncertain customer code reocord) In order to prevent confusion, customer must be buying all the goods, get all courier no, then send it to us via email.
